Albury Cultural Precinct – Sue Boaden, Director, Australia Street Company was engaged to develop an integrated Strategic Plan for Albury’s Museum, Library and Art Gallery in 1999. This Study set the direction for the City’s cultural precinct which resulted in the City’s innovative LibraryMuseum and the forthcoming opening (Sept 2015) of Albury Regional Art Gallery (MAMA). Sue also prepared the Business Plan for the Regional Art Gallery in 2011.
Blue Mountains Cultural Centre – Sue Boaden, Director, Australia Street Company was lead cultural planner on this Project from concept development in 1998 to business plan development in 2011.

Bundanon Trust strategic planning. Sue has been the strategic cultural planner working with the Bundanon Board, senior management and staff in the development of strategic plans from 2007 to date.
WestWords regional arts planning and strategic facility planning. In early 2016 Sue was engaged by Westwords to design and facilitate, and document a one day planning and development seminar – Writing the West. Then later in 2016 based on the outcomes of the seminar, Sue was commissioned to develop the Western Sydney Centre for Writing Scoping Study. As a result of the Study, Westwords received funding support from Create NSW to relocate to its own facility located on the edge of the Parramatta CBD.
